Mike R.

Mike R. has a diverse work experience starting from 2004 to the present. Mike started their career at Celestica as an IT Application Associate from May 2004 to September 2005. Mike then worked at Ryerson University as a ColdFusion Developer from January 2006 to June 2006. After that, they joined Cedara Software as a Software Developer from June 2006 to November 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Solutions Developer at Treklogic Advanced Solutions.

In 2010, Mike joined ChannelAssist Inc. as a Lead Developer, responsible for design, implementation, and management of high-priority development initiatives. Mike then transitioned to the role of Solutions Architect in June 2012, where they worked closely with executive team members to design and implement solutions for customer requirements. Mike also collaborated with the Chief Technology Officer to oversee the development team's pipeline and resources.

In 2013, Mike joined Visual Antidote as a Product Owner/Manager, responsible for overseeing product development and management. Mike held this role until October 2016.

From October 2016 to September 2020, Mike worked as Chief Technology Officer at Smooth Commerce, where they played a crucial role in the company's technological advancements.

In January 2017, Mike became the President and Chief Technology Officer at Mighty Rock Inc., where they currently hold the position.

Most recently, Mike joined Sorger & Company in November 2020, initially as a Chief Technology Officer and later promoted to Partner & CTO.

Mike R. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from Toronto Metropolitan University, from the year 2001 to 2006. In addition, they obtained the Certified Force.com Developer certification from salesforce.com in June 2014.
