Tom Senior

Tom Senior has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Tom started their career as a Level 2 Apprentice ICT Technician at Goole High School in 2013, where they gained basic IT skills and improved their customer service abilities. After that, they joined The Snaith School as a Level 3 Apprentice ICT Technician, where they expanded their knowledge in various areas of IT and Networking. Tom also had the opportunity to work as an ICT Technician at The Snaith School, where they further developed their skills in Windows image creation, sysprep, and WDS deployment. In 2016, Tom joined Croda as an IT Support Analyst, providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to the company's headquarters and other sites. Tom managed the corporate mobile contract and handled site server backups. In 2022, Tom moved on to work as an IT Support Analyst at Sorted Group.
