Lu Ann Mc Connehey, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Lu Ann began their career in 1996 as a Human Resource Manager at Ojiintertech, Inc. Lu Ann then moved to Group Dekko in 2000, where they also held the role of Human Resource Manager. In 2003, they became the Owner of Ann Resources, Inc., and then in 2004 they became the Human Resource Manager at Taylor Made Systems. In 2007, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources at Halex, A Scott Fetzer Company. In 2010, they were appointed Human Resource Manager at Contech Castings LLC. In 2014, they were hired as the Human Resources Director at LaGrange County Government. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing and updating all Human Resources policies and procedures, recruiting and interviewing qualified candidates for open positions, creating processes for Leadership team to manage departments efficiently, evaluating job descriptions and wage structure, and administering Performance Appraisal, Interviewing and Diversity training. In 2015, they became the Human Resources Manager at Pendaform, and in 2017 they were promoted to Human Resource Manager at Cablecraft Motion Controls LLC. Lu Ann is currently the Human Resources Manager at Sortera Alloys, Inc.

Lu Ann Mc Connehey obtained their MBA from the Indiana Institute of Technology in 2003, with a field of study in Human Resources and Marketing. In 2007, they obtained their SPHR certification from HRCI in November. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in March. In 2020, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (SPHR\u00ae) Certification from HRCI in October.
