Hanne-Lise Hedman

Hanne-Lise Hedman has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Hanne-Lise most recently worked at SOS International as the Head of Culture & People Development, where they have been since 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of HR Manager, Sweden at the same company, where they were responsible for the HR agenda and had a staff of four employees. Before joining SOS International, Hanne-Lise worked as an HR Consultant at Wise Consulting AB from 2016 to 2020. Hanne-Lise also has experience as a Global HR Manager at Hästens Beds, where they focused on recruitment and performance management within the Sales and Marketing team. Hanne-Lise has also worked at LG Electronics Nordic as a Senior Nordic HR Business Partner and at Media-Saturn as an HR Advisor and Recruitment Specialist. Hanne-Lise began their career with an internship at ABB and worked as a Sales Employee at ONOFF Sverige AB.

Hanne-Lise Hedman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Mälardalen University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in psychometric tests and questionnaires for selection and development from Aon Assessment Sverige in 2022 and from SHL in 2013.
