Xavier Codina is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical management and industrial maintenance. Currently serving as the Responsable departamento tecnico y Obras at Sosa Ingredients since January 2018, Xavier oversees new investment projects and technical departments while conducting FM Global audits. Prior experience includes ten years as Maintenance Manager at PUJOL (Teco Westinghouse group), focusing on ISO 14000 standards and lean manufacturing principles.
