Karel Ellis-Gray

Karel Ellis-Gray is the VP of People at SoSafe Cyber Security Awareness. Karel has over 25 years of experience in human resources and marketing, with a focus on mobile marketing. Karel was previously the VP of People and Organisation at adjust.com, where they were responsible for global HR strategy and execution. During their time at adjust.com, the company grew from a small startup to a global leader in mobile measurement and fraud prevention, with offices in Berlin, New York, San Francisco, São Paulo, Paris, London, Moscow, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Seoul, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Mumbai and Singapore. In 2019, they formed a strategic partnership with Adways, Japan’s leading mobile marketing agency.

They are on a team with Thore Backen - Chief of Staff, Frank Piotraschke - Chief Revenue Officer, and Lukas Schaefer - Chief Operating Officer. Karel Ellis-Gray reports to Niklas Hellemann, CEO.
