Malte P. has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, Malte worked at Infineon Technologies as a Hochfrequenz Messtechnik. From 2011 to 2012, they served as an Application Developer at Technische Universität München, where they developed an Android app for the COMES project. In 2014, they briefly worked as a wissenschaftlicher Hilfsmitarbeiter at Technische Universität München, providing support for concept evaluation and prototype development. Malte then joined tado° in 2013 as a UX Design/Design Technologist, working on a wide range of projects including visual design, prototyping, packaging, and product design. In 2018, they joined NavVis as a Senior UX Designer/Digital Product Designer, focusing on UX for hardware devices and establishing a UX team. Currently, since 2022, Malte is working at SoSafe, initially as a Senior Produkt Designer and now as a Lead Product Designer.
Malte P. completed their education at multiple institutions. Malte obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Design from Technische Universität München between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Allgemeine Elektrotechnik at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2012. Malte also attended Siemens Technik Akademie München from 2007 to 2009, where they completed a program in Industrietechnologe with a focus on Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, and Kommunikationstechnik.
