Shashipal Reddy Masini

Shashipal Reddy Masini is a seasoned professional in the field of computer vision and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at 7-Eleven Research since September 2022, Shashipal is responsible for building multi-view object detection pipelines and achieving high accuracy levels through continuous training and feedback mechanisms. Previously, as the Founder of EnergAIse, Shashipal executed machine learning development projects, including a computer vision pilot for Criador Labs Pvt Ltd in India. At Telesto Energy, Shashipal held positions as Lead AI Manager and Artificial Intelligence Engineer, where significant contributions were made to automated facies classification and fault interpretation applications using advanced computer vision algorithms. Shashipal's career in engineering began at Reliance Industries Limited, where multiple roles in reservoir engineering were undertaken. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, Shashipal earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in 2014.
