Christopher Valdes

Christopher Valdes is an experienced Application Scientist at SOTAX Group since July 2021, previously serving as a Manufacturing/Research and Development Chemist at ALDEN MEDICAL LLC from January 2018 to July 2021, where contributions included the development of a novel medical/dental grade disinfectant. Prior to that, an internship at Merck involved assisting in pharmaceutical Design of Experiments and collaborating with international teams on reactor modifications. Christopher’s research experience at Yale University focused on the effects of impacts and vibrations on non-Newtonian fluids. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Yale University, awarded in 2017, and graduated from Longmeadow High School in 2013.
