Aaron Early started their work experience as a Project Engineer at US Airways Inc. in 1998 and held the position until 2004. Aaron then joined Bank of America in 2005, where they worked as a Vice President, Market Information Consultant in Retail Banking until 2012. During their time at Bank of America, they were promoted into an executive fast-track program and took on various roles, including Director of Operations, Business Support Manager, and Product Manager. In these positions, they led initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity, implemented a Total Quality Management system, managed supplier risk scoring and business continuity planning, and integrated new business units. In 2012, Aaron joined SoTel Systems as the Executive Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations and led various initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and processes. Aaron also played a key role in multiple acquisitions and divestitures and led the transition process. In January 2019, Aaron was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at SoTel Systems, where they continue to contribute to process improvement initiatives and talent planning.

Aaron Early earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, where they attended from 1992 to 1997. Aaron later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Finance at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they completed from 2004 to 2006.
