Tracy Thornton BSN, RN, CCM

Tracy Thornton has extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Tracy started their career as a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse at Saint Joseph's Hospital from January 2007 to January 2008. Tracy then worked at ASPIRUS WAUSAU HOSPITAL INC as a Registered Nurse from December 2005 to August 2010.

After that, Tracy joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager from August 2010 to August 2015. Following this role, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager from September 2015 to December 2016. Tracy then joined State Auto Insurance as a Case Management Nurse from January 2016 to January 2017.

From January 2017 to June 2023, Tracy worked at ORTHOPAEDIC ASSOCIATES OF WAUSAU SC as a Workers' Compensation Nurse Case Manager. Currently, they are working at Soter Analytics as a Customer Success Manager, starting in June 2023.

Tracy Thornton BSN, RN, CCM obtained their Bachelor's degree in nursing from Western Governors University in 2019. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Mid-State Technical College between 2001 and 2004. Additionally, they achieved a certification in Case Manager Certification (CCM) from the Commission for Case Manager Certification in 2017.
