Ted Duby is an experienced Database Administrator with a career spanning over two decades, notably working with Oracle databases in various roles. Currently employed at AT&T since June 2018, Ted has an extensive background in database administration, including positions at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc., Leidos, Ventura Technology, Verizon Federal Network Systems, SMF Systems Technology Corporation, First Hawaiian Bank, Unisys, Hawaii State Department of Education, and Interisland Systems Development & Integration. Ted’s expertise includes installation, backup/recovery, patching, tuning, maintenance, and security of multi-instance database environments across different operating systems. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University and has also attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
