Tyler Bottom

Tyler Bottom is an experienced Talent Programs Manager at Sotera Health, LLC, since June 2022, focusing on the design and implementation of talent development initiatives aligned with company values. Previously, Tyler held roles as a Learning and Development Analyst at Sterigenics, and as a Learning and Development Program Specialist at Exelon, where responsibilities included aligning services with business needs and managing learning management systems.
