John Fredrickson

John Fredrickson is a seasoned Residential Sales Broker with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving at Sotheby's International Realty Inc. since January 2005, focusing on residential properties in Los Angeles, California. Prior to this, John was a part of DBL Realtors from January 2000 to January 2005, where the company transitioned to Sotheby's while maintaining its management team. John's career in real estate began in 1987 with Podley Caughey & Doan Realtors, and includes stints at Coldwell Banker, Jim Dickson Realtors, and a long history in construction and sales with JCF Unlimited as Owner-General Contractor and Good Foods Christmas Trees as Owner-Operator. John holds a BA in Finance, Real Estate & Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an AA in General Education from Pasadena City College.
