Taryn Martin

Taryn Martin has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Taryn started their career as a Senior Loan Processor/Processing Supervisor at Northpoint Mortgage in 2000. Taryn processed and closed up to 30 loans per month, analyzed credit reports, and prepared loan closing documents. In 2006, they joined Northpoint Financial as a Senior Loan Processor/Real Estate Assistant, where they coordinated client mortgage loan and real estate purchase files. Taryn then worked as a Real Estate Assistant & Office Administrator at RE/MAX Santa Barbara & Montecito, where they coordinated marketing efforts and generated production and efficiency reports. Taryn further advanced their career by becoming a Real Estate Assistant & Marketing Coordinator at Sotheby's International Realty in 2009. Taryn supported a top-producing realtor in the Santa Barbara and Montecito area by handling market data analysis, contract preparation, lead generation, and marketing coordination. In 2016, they assumed the role of Director of Marketing at Sotheby's International Realty Inc. and later transitioned into a Realtor Associate position at Sotheby's International Realty.

Taryn Martin completed their education at various institutions. Taryn began their academic journey at Santa Barbara City College in 2009 and earned an Associate of Science degree in Economics. During that time, they also obtained two Associate of Arts degrees - one in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Social and Behavioral Science and another in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Sci-Math. Taryn Martin then continued their education at UC Santa Barbara, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General. Taryn graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
