Paul Maranger has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Paul started their career as an Account Manager in Commercial Banking at Scotiabank in 1991, then moved to CIBC as a Private Banking Account Manager in 1994. In 1997, they joined Judy Marsales Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage as a Broker and quickly became the top sales representative, selling 196 properties in their final year. In 2004, Paul joined Bosley Real Estate Ltd. as a Broker, representing buyers and sellers in the GTA. Paul then moved to Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited in 2007 as a Broker until 2011. Currently, Paul is working as a Broker and Senior Vice President of Sales at Sotheby's International Realty, where they assist clients in selling and buying properties with their comprehensive marketing program.

Paul Maranger attended St Mary's High School, although their specific dates of enrollment are not provided. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing at McMaster University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Following their undergraduate studies, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Policy and Strategy from the University of Windsor, studying from 1990 to 1991. In 2013, Paul attended Harvard Business School for an Executive Education program called "Changing the Game - Negotiation and Competitive Decision Making." Continuing their education at Harvard, they joined the Program on Negotiation in 2017.
