Mohammed Alnefaie

Mohammed AlNefaie, LL.M., currently serves as the Governance Director at Soudah Development, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mohammed worked at Qiddiya from March 2020 to August 2023, where contributions included serving as both the Board Operations Manager and Senior Operations Specialist within the General Secretariat. Mohammed also held significant positions at Allianz Saudi Fransi from April 2018 to March 2020, including Board Secretary and Legal and Corporate Governance Manager, as well as Legal Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Riyad Bank as Senior Manager - Compliance Officer and Assistant Manager - Compliance Associate. Mohammed earned a Master’s Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Kuwait University.
