Gabo Mendoza has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gabo started their career as a Freelance UX/UI Designer/Consultant/Developer at gabocorp.com, where they directly managed multiple website and internet application projects. In 2002, they became the Internet Services Director at CrossGen Entertainment (CGE), overseeing interactive design projects and developing an electronic comic book reader application.

In 2005, Gabo joined Comcast Interactive Media as a Sr. Interactive Engineer, contributing to the design and development of various products like The Fan, Comcast.net, and Fancast. Gabo later transitioned to the role of User Experience Lead, where they bridged the Design, Information Architecture, and Development teams to create a unified user-centric vision for CIM's properties.

Gabo's expertise led him to Joost in 2008, where they served as the User Experience Lead, guiding design and interaction development efforts for a large-scale video portal site. Gabo then founded Pretty Ugly Interactive, LLC in 2009, working as the Technical Director and Founder until 2012.

From 2012 to 2016, Gabo worked at Comcast Cable as a Lead Software Engineer, UX Innovation. In this role, they were responsible for user experience, graphic design, and branding for CIL projects, collaborating on new products in the fields of entertainment, networking, communications, and home automation/security.

In 2016, Gabo took on the role of a Senior Product Designer at Cainkade as a freelance professional. Finally, in 2018, they joined SoulCycle Inc. as a Staff Product Designer, leading the design efforts for the new SoulCycle Android app and the upcoming iOS app redesign. Gabo was also involved in the conceptual design of several unreleased products for the brand.

Throughout their career, Gabo has demonstrated their ability to manage projects, collaborate with teams, and develop innovative solutions for various industries.

From 1995 to 1999, Gabo Mendoza attended Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico.
