Position Summary 

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

  • Conduct new employee orientations and assist with the onboarding process.

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs and handle inquiries.

  • Assist in the coordination of training sessions and HR events.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Director and handle various HR projects as assigned.

  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Updates and completes payroll processing from the HR administration side.

  • Collaborates with the Controller to ensure all payroll reporting is recorded and exported (e.g., 401K distribution reports, HSA distribution reports, census data).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
