Gregory Johnson

Dr. Gregory Johnson leads Sound’s hospital medicine specialty with an eye on clinical excellence and is focused on incorporating diversity, inclusion, and belonging into all aspects of the organization. Trained in internal medicine and family practice at the Ochsner Clinic, Dr. Johnson has authored articles on healthcare disparities and medical leadership. A leader in Sound since 2009, Dr. Johnson is a graduate of Dartmouth College and maintains a clinical associate professorship at his medical school alma mater, the McGovern School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
