Patti Costahaude

Patti Costahaude, PMP, LSSBB, CSM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and customer service operations. Currently serving as Senior Program Director at Sound Physicians since October 2024, Patti previously held the position of Sr. Project Manager at Matrix Medical Network from February 2022 to October 2024. Prior experience includes leading project initiatives at Staples and managing customer service teams at Tri-anim Health Services and Sarnova. Patti's career began at ITT, where management of customer service and technical support teams was a focus, and continued at 800 Direct, Inc./CyberRep.coM, overseeing call center operations for major accounts. Patti holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
