Jean-Carlos Paredes

Jean-Carlos Paredes is an accomplished data professional with extensive experience in data engineering, data science, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at SoundCloud since August 2022, Jean-Carlos previously held the position of Data Engineer at Meta from August 2019 to August 2022, and before that worked as a Data Scientist at Deloitte from February 2018 to May 2022. Jean-Carlos began a career in data at Blue Shield of California as a Data Analyst in 2016 and served as an Operations Manager in the United States Air Force from June 2011 to August 2015. Academically, Jean-Carlos holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University, along with Bachelor of Science degrees in Data Science from the University of San Francisco and Economics from Penn State University.
