Alistair Kennedy

Alistair Kennedy currently serves as a Senior Engineering Manager and previously held the title of Staff Software Engineer at SoundHound AI since August 2013. Prior to this, Alistair was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and the University of Toronto, focusing on data mining techniques in electronic medical records and linguistic research, respectively. Extensive experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ottawa, a Java Developer at Math Resources Incorporated, and a Co-op Student at Greenfield Research Inc. Alistair holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dalhousie University.
