Josephine Schol

Josephine Schol has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Josephine is currently working as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc, where they assist in scaling, managing, and measuring leadership development programs across the enterprise. In 2022, Josephine joined Leadership Evolution as a Facilitator. Prior to this, they worked at HFL Leadership as a Fastlead Coach, specializing in emerging and frontline leadership development. Josephine also has experience as an Associate Coach, Coach Mentor, Coach Trainer, and Facilitator at Lever - Transfer of Learning, where they focused on improving learning transfer and bridging the gap between training and business results. Additionally, they are the Owner and Founder of josephineschol.com, a Behavioral Change and Leadership Development Specialist. Before transitioning into coaching and leadership development, Josephine held various roles at Energex, Citibank Australia, and Sony Music Entertainment.

Josephine Schol completed their Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of New England (AU) from 2017 to 2021. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) (Honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast from 2022 to 2023.

In 1993, Josephine Schol obtained a Bachelor of International Business and also completed a Graduate Diploma in Indonesian Language from Griffith University in 1996.

Additionally, Josephine Schol holds various certifications. Josephine obtained the FASTLEAD - Frontline Leadership Development Facilitator & Coach certification from HFL Leadership in May 2019 and became an Accredited Practitioner of REACH ECOSYSTEM from the OrgDev Institute in February 2019. In March 2017, they completed the Holistic Life, Career, and Executive Coach program from the Goal Imagery Institute and the International School of Coaching Mastery™.

In the field of project management, Josephine Schol earned the Managing Successful Programmes - Practitioner certification from APM Group in August 2009 and the Diploma of Project Management from the Australian College of Project Management in March 2007.

Recently, in May 2023, Josephine Schol obtained certifications as a Sounding Board 1:1 Leadership Coach and a Sounding Board Group Leadership Coach from Sounding Board, Inc.
