Leanne French

Leanne French has a diverse work experience in coaching, leadership development, and management roles. Leanne started their career in 2003 as a Director at JCL Property Ventures Inc, where they presumably worked until the present time. In 2007, they joined EauCool Water Services as an Account Manager and worked there until 2014. Leanne then transitioned into the coaching field, joining Leanne French Coaching in 2016 as a Leadership Developer and Coach. Leanne also worked at Women for Change Coaching Community as a Leadership Coach from 2017 to September 2020. In 2019, they joined Sounding Board, Inc as a Leadership Coach, and recently, in 2020, they joined Co-Active Training Institute as a Faculty - Front of the Room Leader. Leanne's work experience demonstrates their expertise in coaching, leadership development, and management.

Leanne French attended the Co-Active Training Institute from 2016 to the present, where they obtained a degree in Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with a field of study in Personal Awareness and Self-Improvement. Leanne also completed a Leadership Development program at the same institute from 2016 to 2017.

In 1991, Leanne French attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and studied Marketing from 1991 to 1993.

Additionally, Leanne French has obtained various certifications, including CCL Assessment Certification Course from the Center for Creative Leadership in February 2023, ORSC, Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching from CRR Global in December 2021, The Science of Well-Being from Coursera in June 2020, EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 Certification from MHS (Mental Health Systems, PC) in March 2020, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in September 2018, Certified Professional Co Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in June 2018, and Leadership Training from the Co-Active Training Institute in June 2017.
