Maryanne Spatola, SPHR, PCC, is the Founder and CEO of C3 Talent Strategies, a role held since January 2019. In this capacity, Spatola focuses on enhancing employee capabilities and fostering meaningful work environments. Additionally, Spatola serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University and a Lecturer at Columbia University, teaching graduate courses in Human Resources Management.
