As the founder of RB Coaching, Roberto has over seven years of private coaching practice, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities through personalized coaching. Additionally, Roberto has contributed as an accountability coach for entrepreneurs with The ASK Method Company and has been involved in various coaching programs, including Coaching 4 Coaches, which supports professional development for coaches. Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a certification in Executive & Team Coaching from INCAE Business School.
