Scott Wigley

Scott Wigley is an experienced executive leader and coach, currently serving as the President and Founder of Buena Vista Business Solutions since January 2013. With expertise in leadership coaching, Scott has worked with Sounding Board, Inc. since January 2021, focusing on developing impactful leaders through a feedback-driven approach. Additionally, Scott has held roles as a Facilitator/Executive Coach with St. Charles Consulting Group since August 2019 and as an Executive Coach for FUSE Corps since September 2018, supporting urban communities through executive fellowship programs. Previously, Scott worked at rogenSi, now TeleTech Consulting, from September 2010 to June 2020 in various capacities related to business performance consulting. Scott's earlier role as a Facilitator at the NeuroLeadership Institute from July 2013 to June 2017 involved integrating neuroscience into leadership development. Scott Wigley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from the University of Mobile.
