Guil Hastings

Guil Hastings is a Leadership Fellow at St George's House and the Founder and Non-Executive Director at TopSource Worldwide. With over 20 years of experience as CEO, Guil has extensive business leadership and commercial experience in domestic and international payroll. Additionally, Guil is currently the Chief Executive Officer at TopSource Global Solutions Ltd. and serves as a Co-Founder, Director at TopSource India. Guil also has experience as CEO at RedBrigade and MD Europe at iGate Corporation. Guil previously taught at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and holds a BA in Politics and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
