Susan (she/her) Jordon PCC CPCC

Susan Jordon, PCC CPCC, is an experienced leadership coach currently working at Sounding Board, Inc. since January 2021. In addition, Susan serves as a leadership coach at New Level Work and as the principal of Equinity Coaching since April 2010. With a background in business development, Susan held roles at the Co-Active Training Institute, contributing to market growth and alumni relations between 2012 and 2020. Susan co-founded Knight Signs, where leadership and operational roles were undertaken from 1996 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a CPCC Coach Certification from the CoActive Training Institute and a business diploma from Vancouver Community College. Susan's passion lies in coaching, personal growth, and fostering relationships within various contexts.
