Jennifer Godbold

Jennifer Godbold has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer is currently the Customer Success Director at SoundThinking, where they oversee the CrimeTracer product. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Executive - Federal at DataWalk. Jennifer also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at Blue Light LLC, where they demonstrated IBM i2 technologies and provided technical support to customers. Jennifer has also worked as a self-employed IBM i2 SME, a Client Solutions Professional at IBM, and an Instructor at Global Knowledge Training. Additionally, Jennifer has held positions at Lockheed Martin, i2 Inc., Inlingua, and Winstar Communications.

Jennifer Godbold completed their Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Political Science at McMaster University from 1991 to 1995. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Communication at the American University School of International Service from 1996 to 1998. In 1993 to 1994, Jennifer also studied Political Science and Government at the University of Leeds. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Les Mills International and IBM, including being a certified instructor for Les Mills fitness programs and completing technical mastery tests from IBM.
