Kysha Fedd

Kysha Fedd, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Success at ShotSpotter, Inc., where they promote the use of their data-driven technology solutions to improve law enforcement practices and reduce gun violence. Prior to this, they worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at Fedd Consulting, where they specialized in helping organizations improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Kysha also held various leadership positions at the Gadsden County Sheriff's Office, including Captain and Lieutenant, where they managed administrative tasks, supervised units, and fostered positive community relationships. Additionally, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer at the United States Virgin Islands Police Department, where they developed a strategic plan and evaluated organizational culture and operations. Kysha Fedd also has experience in academia, having worked as a Criminal Justice Instructor (Online) at Zenith Education Group and as a Visiting Professor at Florida A&M University.

Kysha Fedd, PhD has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Kysha also holds a Master of Applied Social Science degree in Public Administration from the same university. In addition to their academic achievements, Kysha has obtained certification as a Florida Law Enforcement Officer from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Kysha has also earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Public Safety Leadership from Capella University.
