Todd Reichert

Todd Reichert is the Customer Success Director at SoundThinking, formerly ShotSpotter, where Todd oversees the US Central/Southwest division. Prior to this, Todd served as an Administrator at the Texas Anti-Gang Center (TAG) - North Texas, and as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the ATF. With a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Illinois State University, Todd has a strong background in law enforcement and public administration.
