Kelsey Erickson

Kelsey Erickson is an experienced business development professional with expertise in State and Local Tax (SALT) compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Source Advisors since November 2023, Kelsey focuses on helping businesses maximize government-sponsored tax credits, deductions, and incentives. Prior to this role, Kelsey had a successful tenure at Avalara from June 2014 to November 2023, where positions included Sales Executive, Customer Account Manager, and Senior Manager of Sales Development. Kelsey began the career in accounting and tax preparation, working as an Accountant at Erickson Wealth & Tax Management and a Tax Preparer at Liberty Tax Service.
