Lindsey Modlich has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lindsey is currently the Director of Tax Controversy at Source Advisors since October 2022. Prior to this, Lindsey worked at KPMG as a Manager, Accounting Methods & Credit Services from April 2021 to September 2022. Before their role at KPMG, they were a Senior Associate Attorney at alliantgroup from February 2017 to April 2021, where they provided tax controversy defense for numerous companies. Lindsey also served as an Associate Attorney at alliantgroup from June 2016 to February 2017. Lindsey's experience also includes working as an Attorney at Kiefaber & Oliva LLP, specializing in estate and wealth planning, oil and gas law, and being licensed to practice in Texas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Prior to that, they worked as Division Counsel & Disclosure Officer at The Ohio Department of Taxation from August 2013 to November 2014, and as an Assistant Attorney General & Disclosure Officer at the Ohio Attorney General's Office from May 2009 to August 2013.

Lindsey Modlich obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Miami University in the period from 2001 to 2005. Lindsey then attended Capital University Law School from 2005 to 2008 and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Later, from 2009 to 2010, Lindsey pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Business and Taxation at Capital University Law School. Additionally, Lindsey is certified as an attorney by the State Bar of Pennsylvania, the State Bar of Texas, and the State Bar of Ohio.
