Joan Shust, CFCM, has extensive experience in account management and pricing expertise, currently serving as an Account Manager for Federal Products and a Subject Matter Expert in Pricing at SourceAmerica since June 2021. Prior to this role, Joan worked at Canon Solutions America as a Senior Account Executive from August 2006 to June 2021, and at OceNorth America, Inc. as a Strategic Account Coordinator from September 1997 to August 2006. Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from DePaul University.
