Courtney Link

Courtney Link has over twenty years of experience in the customer service industry. Courtney began their career in 1999 at ConferencePlus as a Senior Meeting Consultant and Senior Meeting Manager. In 2006, they took a position at ConferencePlus Inc. as a Conference Sales Consultant and Client Services Manager. Courtney then moved to Arkadin in 2012 as a Channel Account Manager. In 2018, they joined FIT4MOM as a Fit4Mom Event Coordinator and in 2021 they began working at SourceDay as a Client Services Manager. Throughout their career, they have surveyed clients to assess event success, identified new targets, developed new business opportunities, created detailed sales presentations, maintained a book of business, provided proactive and reactive service delivery consultation, and supervised and mentored meeting managers.

Courtney Link received their Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2005, having started their studies there in 2001.
