Lauren Hammonds, MSLC

Lauren Hammonds, MSLC, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauren is currently working as a Senior Manager, Supplier Success at SourceDay, where they manage direct spending and digitally transforms collaboration between buyers and suppliers. Previously, they were the Owner of Lauren Lesley Photography, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills. Lauren also worked at project44 as a Senior Manager, Customer Success and an Enterprise Account Director, focusing on customer success and management. Lauren has experience in training and coaching consulting at Expedia Group as a Senior Training and Coaching Consultant. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Partner Success Consultant at Expedia Group and Civitas Learning, where they assisted higher education institutions in utilizing technology and data science to improve student learning and graduation rates. Lauren also participated in the Essential Class of 2017 at Leadership Austin, a program aimed at developing leadership skills and civic engagement. Furthermore, they contributed to the Liberty Luncheon Event Steering Committee at Texas Freedom Network. Before that, Lauren held roles such as Senior Account Executive at InReach and Director at Invest creative. Lauren also served as a member of the Leadership Council and Executive Committee Co-Chair at United Way for Greater Austin's Women's Leadership Council, focusing on improving early childhood education in Central Texas.

Lauren Hammonds, MSLC, earned a Master's degree in Business - Leadership and Change from St. Edward's University in the years 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Science with a focus on Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University. Furthermore, Lauren also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Texas Tech University. In addition to their educational background, they obtained the ATD Master Performance Consultant Designation from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in June 2023.
