Ivan Kwan

Ivan Kwan has significant experience in various roles. Ivan is currently the Head of Customer Success at SourceFlow since July 2023. Prior to that, Ivan was the owner of instaBooth since March 2015. From April 2018 to June 2023, they worked at Compass as a Customer Success Manager, where they provided support, onboarding, and training to over 100 agent teams. Ivan also worked as a Segment Producer at ESPN from January 2013 to April 2018. Additionally, they have experience as an owner/producer at SoCal Sports Meda.com, a media content contributor at LakersNation.com, and a sports production intern at KABC Los Angeles, KCAL/KCBS, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Ivan's work experience spans various industries, showcasing their versatility and expertise.

Ivan Kwan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, from 2007 to 2011. Ivan also has additional certifications in Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy and Social Marketing from Hootsuite, both obtained in 2019. In 2013, Ivan obtained a Real Estate Salesperson certification from the California Department of Real Estate.
