Daniel Peplow

Daniel Peplow has over 15 years of experience in the digital industry. Daniel began their career in 2006 as a Junior Web Designer & Developer at St John Rigby College. In 2007, they moved to Idaho Technology Limited as a Frontend Developer. From 2015 to 2016, they held the roles of UI, UX & Product Lead for Applications and Head of Product for Marketplace at THG. Daniel then joined Microsoft as a UI UX Designer & Developer in 2016. In 2017, they began working at Shell as a UX Consultant and UI Developer. In 2019, they were promoted to Lead, Design Systems at Shell. In 2021, they joined Sourceful as Chief Of Staff, Digital and Head of Digital Experiences.

Daniel Peplow attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Multimedia Systems, specializing in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
