Iris Zhongyun Ma

Iris Zhongyun Ma has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields. In 2010, they began their career as a Media Planner at Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions. In 2011, they moved to TBWA\\Media Arts Lab as an HR Generalist/Business Assistant. In 2012, they joined CISCO Systems as a Talent Attraction - APAC Sales & Presales Tech. In 2015, they became Head of Talent Acquisition - Community Operations & Sales, EMEA at Uber. In 2019, they founded Maitify and began working as Global Head of People & Talent | Director at Spotahome. In 2020, they were appointed Head of Talent EMEA at CloudKitchens. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Sourceful as Vice President, People.

Iris Zhongyun Ma is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School Executive Education, where they are studying Leadership & Strategy. Iris Zhongyun holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Communication University of China, and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Beijing Sport University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from CIPD (Chartered FCIPD in 2020), HR Certification Institute - HRCI (Global Professional in Human Resources in 2019), PADI (Open Water Diver), and Yoga Alliance (RYT 50 Aerial and RYT200 Ashtanga Vinyasa).
