Shane Phillips

Shane Phillips has an extensive work experience that spans from 2004 to 2022. In 2004, they worked as a Senior Web Designer and Designer for Splinter. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Founder and CEO of 3BYTE, as well as the Product Owner. During this time, they also worked as a User Experience Designer for Sony and a Head Of Product Development for Porsche Centre Bahrain. In 2012, they also worked as a User Interface Designer for the BBC. Currently, they are the Lead Digital Designer for Sourceful, where their role involves leading the digital product design for the all-in-one platform for sustainable sourcing.

Shane Phillips attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Arts.
