Pat Tomotomo

Pat Tomotomo currently serves as the Head of Human Capital Management at the South African Bureau of Standards, focusing on organisational culture transformation and strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s status as an employer of choice. Previous experience includes the role of Head of Human Resources Management at the National Treasury of South Africa and Head of Group Enablement at Sasol, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, performance management, and organisational development. Pat also held the position of Director of Organisational Development and Talent Management at the Department of Science and Technology, and Head of HR at the Competition Commission of South Africa. Educational qualifications include a Leadership Development Programme in Business Management and Leadership from Stellenbosch Business School, and an Executive Development Programme in Master of Public Administration from Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership.
