Steve Schneider

Steve Schneider is a seasoned professional in emergency management and operations, currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at the South Australian Country Fire Service since December 2017, where various leadership roles have been held. Prior experience includes Senior Project Officer in the Department of Justice and Regulation in Victoria, and Emergency Planning Officer with West Mercia Police. Schneider has significant expertise in strategic planning, emergency preparedness, and multi-agency coordination, supported by a diverse background that includes volunteering as a firefighter with the Country Fire Authority and Deputy Commander in the United States Air Force Auxiliary.
