Ron Puccinelli

Ron Puccinelli is an experienced technology executive with a notable track record of leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Application Development at the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles since July 2025, Ron previously held key roles including Chief Information Officer/IT Director for the City of Menifee and interim CIO for the City of Fairfield, where Ron was instrumental in executing IT turnarounds and leading digital transformations.
