Tearra Green

Tearra Green is an experienced Human Resources Specialist with the South Carolina National Guard since December 2021, managing Air Force human resources programs and providing personnel support. Currently also serving as an Onboarding Specialist at First Citizens Bank since February 2022, Tearra conducts client onboarding and implements operational procedures. Previous experience includes pivotal roles at Wells Fargo, where Tearra achieved high customer satisfaction rates and exceeded sales targets, as well as a role at United Technologies, focusing on training and processing for new hires. Tearra holds an Associate's degree from the University of South Carolina.
