Lee Rutherford

Lee Rutherford is an experienced network operations professional with a diverse background in network design, architecture, and operations. Currently serving as Network Operations Manager at South Central Power Company since July 2023, Lee is part of the core leadership team for the ISP startup division, overseeing core and access network deployment. Prior to this role, Lee held various positions at Horizon from 2000 to 2023, culminating in the role of Manager of FTTP Design & Architecture, where responsibilities included leading the FTTP Network Engineering & Operations Team, vendor management, and network operations.
