Beth Winterfeldt

Beth Winterfeldt is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in social work, music education, and program management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Social Work and Family Studies at St. Olaf College, Beth also works as a Youth Mental Health Navigator with South Central Service Cooperative, focusing on program development for rural school districts. Previous experience includes roles such as Programs and Advocacy Director at Partners for Housing, where leadership and support were provided to enhance services for individuals experiencing housing instability. With a Master of Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato and extensive experience as a piano instructor and accompanist, Beth combines expertise in mental health advocacy and music performance.
