Victor Leite Semenchenko

Victor Leite Semenchenko currently serves as a Student Technology Fellow and Accounts Payable Assistant at the South Dakota Board of Regents since January 2023. As the owner of VLS Investments, Victor leads VLS Global Forwarding, which facilitates international shipping solutions connecting Brazilian companies with American suppliers from hubs in Brookings, SD, and Belo Horizonte, MG, since November 2019. Previous experience includes roles at South Dakota State University's Wellness Center as a Member Service Attendant and as an Accounting Intern at Sodexo, where responsibilities included preparing cash deposits and generating financial reports. Victor is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics at South Dakota State University, with an expected graduation date of December 2025.
