Matthew Biondolillo

Matthew Biondolillo, PMP, CERP, is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at the South Florida Water Management District since November 2021, with extensive experience in environmental and ecological consulting. Prior to this role, Matthew served as President of Rootz, LLC from June 2018 to February 2023, focusing on ecosystem sustainability, coastal resiliency, and water resource management. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Engineer at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, where Matthew led the Oil, Gas and Energy market sector, and as Project Management Professional at ARCADIS, specializing in aquatic remediation and restoration projects. Early career experience includes serving as Environmental Engineer at Parsons, managing remediation projects at significant hazardous waste sites. Matthew holds a Graduate degree in Environmental Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
